I can't believe Carter is 1!! He is growing so fast!!

I am writing this at 15 months so I will update him as of now! He is still not walking!! Seriously, it is killing me! All of our kids started walking, latest, 13 months, think a few of them might have been before. He will cruise the furniture and he can walk with his walker, but not on his own, Kind of makes me a little nervous wondering , does he have weak ankles....I dunno, just a worried mom. I am sure he is fine! He tries to repeat th sounds of some words we are saying, and does really well at trying to say AVA.  He loves his siblings and prefers to try to walk to them instead of to Dad, but he loves him too! He loves to dance and tries to mimic some of the songs he hears. He is also a little tease and loves to play around with his siblings.  He seems to be pretty smart and understands so much.  It's hard to think they understand as much as they do because they can't talk, but he sure does! He got tubes a few months ago and that has been a huge help for him, but he is still in our bed! Ever since all the issues he had with his ears that is the only place he will sleep. We try and start him out in the crib, but after an hour or two he wakes up and it is just easier to put him back in our bed. When we lay him down in his crib he lasts even a shorter amount of time than he started and it is so exhausting that right now, it is just what makes our life easier, in some ways! Laundry is harder to do and honestly he still tosses and turns a bit and I think if he liked his crib he would sleep more sound! He loves to be read to and loves animals and all the noises.  He is even starting to repeat the noises and actions we do for the animals, it is very cute! We love this little guy and know he needed to be apart of our family, but let us be honest, we are officially done! =)
