Ayden and Gavin's Birthday!

The kids really love this bounce place, and it is never busy so we have it all to our selves most of the time!  The favorite is this HUGE slide that is there, they LOVE it!!

Me and Carter hung out on the sidelines while Dad had some fun with all the kids!

I don't think Ava liked going so fast, so it was funny to watch as she slide n her stomach and hung to the side to slow her self down.  The boys decided that going down upside down and backwards was the best way to go, and Easton just loved it anyway he went!

Ayden and Gavin's favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip, so we got them a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake! We also had their favorite food for dinner...Chinese!

They really had a long winded birthday. It was in the middle of the week, so this was a few days before their birthday and their package came in the mail and they were dying to open it so we let them before we got into bed, we had a late night! We got them a huge Geo Trax set from a few grandparents (along with a few other gifts they got on their birthday!) that they have so much fun with!

And Earlier in the week my parents were in town and gave them their gifts early as well.  They this really cool car track set that is really easy to put together and clean up, the cars turn on and you just watch them go! And then After their birthday Their Aunt nikki brought on down some cool spider man masks for them! They were spoiled this year!

Ayden and Gavin turn 4!!!!!

Ayden's Stats:
Head Circumference: 15.4 in (41%)
Weight: 37.04 lbs (59%)
Height: 41.14 in. (67%)

Ayden is a hand full that is for sure! He is always busy doing anything he can think of!! He is such a sweet boy who is always willing to do things for others.  If I ask him to grab something for me he does not hesitate (most of the time).  He is always smiling and is easy to make laugh. He gets really excited about things, and is always wanting to go to the store, or do something other than be at home.  He is a very athletic little boy that catches onto active activities really well.  He is timid to try new things, but is definitely getting braver everyday! He loves to eat and i am not sure how hungry this kid is, because if he is really hungry as many times as he is asking for food it is unbelievable!!! This kid has a never ending hole in his stomach!!  We love this mischievous boy so much and we are so grateful he is ours!

Gavin's Stats:
Head Circumference: 15.1 in. (30%)
   Height: 40.94 in. (62%)
Weight: 35.94 lbs (49%)

Gavin loves to play with his siblings.  If he wasn't teasing them all the time, he might be the perfect brother. He loves to help with Carter, it's just getting Carter on the band wagon that is the problem!! He does really well at helping his siblings out (when he is in the mood!).  He is a smart little boy and is doing so well at using his words. He catches on to things really well and loves to analyze all the pictures in books. He gets a little frustrated when he is trying more active activities, but if he gets a little one on one help to figure it out he gets a lot more confident. He is truly a sweet little boy with so much love to share and we love him so much!

Ayden and Gavin Started Preschool Sept. 2011

Ayden and Gavin started per-school the beginning of September.  They were excited to get their backpacks and that was about it! It took them two weeks to not cry or get me not to leave and then after that one day Gavin said "Mom Leave"! This has been a great transition for them and it has been really good for them to have a few days a week to interact with other kids their age and to be off some where with out me. They both have a really hard time with change and transitions so hopefully these 2 years of per-school they will have will get them ready for kindergarten!

Their teacher has been great and does so well with them!

Some of Ayden's work of Art!

His little Halloween pot said he is scared of Halloween

They each get a turn to bring home "Penguin".  They take him for the weekend and then we write in a notebook and show pictures or they draw about what they did with him. Honestly, we really didn't do much when Ayden had him, and Ayden wasn't attached to him as the other kids were. Although he did feel pretty cool that it was his turn to bring him home.  So the night we needed to have the notebook done did a little photo shoot with Ayden and Penguin....

The funniest part about these pictures is the book Jordan Gave Ayden to hold....."Good Kids Bad habits"

A Few of Gavin's work of art

The pot says on it that he is scared of a mouse...(We had just caught a mouse in our house)

Gavin's turn with Penguin was a weekend when we were a little busier. He took him with him to the Bishop's Breakfast before they practiced for the primary program and we went to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins.  Gavins also loves little stuffed animals so he was also a little more attached to it.
