Random moments from the month of July!

Ok, so I sit down and get ready to blog and something interrupts me. I find myself thinking, "Oh, I should finish that blog I started." Only to sit down and find a blank page!! So here is a long blog of random things that have been going on in our life.

It dawned on me the other day, I should probably be brushing the boys teeth now that they have them!! So, maybe I am starting a little late, but hey better late then never!! My own brush, flossing, and fluoride routine is done religiously, but honestly I wasn't thinking when it came to the boys. Here are a few pictures of their first time with their new toothbrushes.

I walked into the kitchen for a minute to mix their bottles and when I come back this is what I found. Ayden has been climbing over the bouncer lately and decided it would be just as easy with Gavin in it, I had to laugh.

Ooooh they are so funny, I crack up just looking at the pictures. In this picture I was sitting at my computer I look over and between our two chairs I see Ayden laying on the floor with his head down, he never does that!! I thought "Is he that tired, he hadn't been acting that tired!!" So I stand up and see the whole picture. Gavin was standing on Ayden looking into the toy box and by the time I got the camera he was sitting on him. This is one of the few times Ayden wasn't crying when Gavin was all over him (he was able to still see his Baby Einstein video from the floor!) and that is exactly what he was doing with his head on the floor!. This next picture is Gavin once again pumbling his brother. He was on top of him smacking him on the head with the plastic spiky cat toy ball.

So I have decided after seeing the huge price difference in buying new toys and buying used toys that work just as well and clean up nice, that the mom- to- mom sales, Craigslist and Ebay have become my best friends. My little niece has these same toy cars and the boys seemed a lot less wabbly on it so I found these on craigslist for $5 and $3. They are now walking with these cars so much better than in the video, I need to get a more updated video of them. They are so cute on these little cars!

Lately, the boys love to hold hands while they are sitting in their high chairs. It's so funny to watch, sometimes they aren't close enough and they are reaching so hard for each other, I have to scoot them closer, it is very cute.

I try to block off the family room so the boys don't get into more things then they already do. When you know they are done playing with each other they either

A) Both stand in front of the wagon and make in known they are waiting for you.or B) If you are at the computer and they want you to come play they will stand behind the table in between our two chairs by the computer smiling with little cute giggles because they are so proud they found you. when they are trying to see through the little opening between the chairs it is so funny they push each other out of the way so they each can get a better look and then they finally agree to share the space.
We finally decided to use the pool in our apartment complex, sometimes it just seems like so much work by myself. By the time I get their tubes blown up and them all ready and down to the pool I feel like it's time for them to either eat or lay down for a nap, so usually it's just easier to use the little blow up pool. It was really nice to finally go down there and to enjoy the heat in pool with some friends. Travis came and joined us and it was great, he took all the kids and pulled them around the pool. The kids had fun and we got a break! The boys were little ladies men, all the girls were hanging on their tubes while being pulled. Gavin seems to get so mello in the pool and just likes to watch whats going on. Ayden seems to really enjoy being in the tubes, this time he kept leaning forward in the tube and splashing the water and would find himself getting to far forward and dunking his head, it was quite cute.

And these are just some cute pictures of the boys...

Chan,
I can't believe how big your boys are getting. Jay and I are really excited to see you in SLC on the 16th. It's been so long since I've seen you! :)
