June 2010

June wasn't a month where we did much. We already had a couple planned for the summer and were getting ready for those. However, we did have some fun memories...

My boys crack me up. When they go to bed at night they want to read, bu they can't see the pictures, so I decided to put these head lamps on their heads and they have used them ever since. Ayden I think gets a little bored and has started ripping books, so we took his flashlight and books away for a week while Gavin still had his. We then decided to give him a second chance and every time we give him a book we tell him that if he rips it his flash light and books will be taken away forever. We have also given Gavin strict instruction to call for us if he sees Ayden start to rip them. So far, he has been good about it.

So this was a great story to me. I realized I was out of Yogurt and Easton would not eat his baby food. So I was trying to think of what I could give him, so I found this oatmeal. I tried to feed it to him, but he wouldn't let me feed him, he wanted to do it himself. This was the result....It had me laughing

There was a Gerber baby entry for all baby stages and I wanted to enter in my kids. I tried to get a picture of them for it. Ava was the hardest, that is why I have the most of her, Ayden was Awesome, and Gavin just had to open up before he gave me his big smile!

Easton with his cousing Rylee who is only 3 weeks younger than him. They seem to always smile at each other when they are together.

Jordan was mowing the lawn and the boys ran and got their mowers to help. This was so cute.

I got my hair cut, but since then,it has gotten shorter. I am figuring out how to cut it myself in an a-line, it grows out so fast and I am to picky, it's not perfect, but it works for me! It is so much easier to manage these days.

Gotta love spaghetti!

The kids enjoying their ice cream cones...

And Jordan showing a perfect example of what we feel like at the end of the day...

Thanks for your sweet comment. I always feel like things happen for a reason...I never thought that would happen to me. So it hit us both really hard when it happend. I've pretty much delt with it but my husband is still having a hard time with it. I can't imagine waiting 6 years for a baby! And having so many miscarriages in a row. I think thats what helped me deal with this miscarriage better because it made me look at pregnancy a lot more reverently and with even more humility and appreciation. ...I think the "work" you've been given will be so hard but I'm sure you feel so blessed at the same time. ;) You've always had a LOT of energy! I think Heavenly Father is putting it to good use. lol I miss you girl! Thanks for the fun catching up!
